How do i upgrade to vista ultimate?

i have a sony vgn-fe28h and have done a clean install of windows vista ultimate on the notebook. i have installed all the drivers but the volume buttons and the fn keys on my keyboard. was wondering if there is a way to fix this?

Have you installed all the Sony Utilities and updated the BIOS?

You can download the Vista Utilities from here: -

I would install all the Utilities - but to get the Fn keys working you must install IN ORDER: -

Sony Utils DLL 7.0.00.11210
Sony Shared Library 3.0.00.10180
VAIO Event Service 3.0.00.13110
Setting Utility Series 2.0.00.11270

You may have to install them more than once.
