Eject CD tray???

Can anyone help ... i can't eject my tray it has a button just above the key pad on the right dosen't work .... the tray button dosen't work .. please...!!!!!!!!!!!! help

This is one of those things that seems difficult to fix. It normally needs the reinstallation of the Sony Utilities.

What model do you have? Are you using the original operating system?
