I use the O2 Mobile broadband with a sierra Wireless dongle on my old laptop.
I've just upgraded to a Vaio Z21 series with the built in SIM card facility.
When I put the SIM card in the Z21 it recognises it and tells me the card is registered to 02. When I try to connect to broadband using Globetrotter Connect, after entering the user name, pasword and APN provided by 02, I get the message: "The Connection has Failed. (0x84000011).
Any ideas, please? Thanks!
