AR51SU recording from AV in minijack

I want to record from an analogue camera i have connnected to the AV in minijack port but so far i can't find any software or any explanation of how to do it.
also does anyone know the pin-out for this port so i can check my cable is right.

The cable you need is a 3 X RCA to 3.5 mm jack plug like this: -
