Can anyone help me please?
With great excitement, this morning I received a new 28” Hanns G monitor to go with my AR21S. I soon became a bit confused when I plugged the HDMI cable in, only to find that the maximum resolution it will allow me to output from the laptop to the monitor is 1920 x 1080, despite both monitor and laptop having a native resolution of 1920 x 1200.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Is there any way or remedying it?
