AR buttons do not work

Hello,

Sometimes the s1, s2, volume, eject, and mute buttons on the left panel does not work.
If I restart the computer they always work fine.
But then they dont work when a specific thing happens.
I am not sure about that specific thing. It can be hibernation or standby... cant locate the problem yet.

What may be the problem causing the buttons dont work?

does this problem only appear after restarting from hibernate or stanby.?

Have you tried downloading the Preinstalled Utilities from Vaio-Link, use the following link then select your model in the drop down list to download the update: Sony Support Downloads
Once downloaded extract the files and then install the following, in order.

1 Sony Utilities
2 Sony Shared Library
3 Vaio Event Service

Once completed then re-boot your Vaio.

You may have to do this more than once..:smileywink:
