You don't want a PS4 Pro (4K), you don't needed because your TV is 2K (Full HD)...
This choice only for 4K feature, not for most powerful feature who PS4 Pro offers...

Hi,
First - If your PCs is 100% Miracast compatible maybe the problems are the wireless card drivers...
Second - Have you read on Account for Android TVs? Because your TV isn't an Android TV.
Third - This series haven't a web browser and so you can't surf on web.

Ok,
press Win key + R key > write dxdiag.exe > Yes to the Internet connection request > Click on Save all informations...
In the saved file search the Miracast string... There's your answer...

Your PC is Miracast compatible, now you can find an update driver for your wireless card, go to "Devices manager" (right click on Start) > Drivers module > Search an update driver...
A new driver I think is the only way...

In this case I think it is a driver issue, even I when I try to connect an area of 3 Pro for Android TV connection does not establish... At this time, maybe in a future with a new driver...
Video drivers also are upgraded?
