Connection problems

Sony Bravia KDL40V3000, Home cinema system DAV-DZ330, and skyHD+ set up ok to watch dvds but can't get the settings right to watch films on tv or recorded on sky+ to come through surround sound. Please help!

You have probably hdmi connected devices and Your DAV has just hdmi OUT, so You have to connect DAV and TV with optical cable too. On Bravia, go to sound settings and set TV speakers  to off.

Set top box connect to TV and RF cable.
