Put in new micro sd now no games work!

So i changed out the micro sd card in my xperia play for a new higher capacity one that i purchased i unmounted the original sd card popped it into my comp and coppied ALL the files on the original to my new card. then proceeded to put in my new card and since then the preloaded games will not work even if i put in the old card. Sims seems to work fine as does madden 11 but bruce lee refuses to load, asphalt 6 say "sorry can not play video" then crashes and the rest need a download that never completes even when i do not let the phone go into sleep mode. I am very depressed just got this phone today tried to put in a higher capacity sd card and essentially ruined my games on the phone. I dont know what to do here i am very confused any and all help would be very appreciated. Is there anyway i could re download these games from somewhere? I dont know what i did wrong i unmounted the old card and mounted the new one accordingly but something isnt right. It is a kingston card which i have never previously had trouble with even in phones....... Is there anything i can do to get these games back and working again? This is the only problem i have had since putting in the new card everything else is working fine even things saving to the sd card......

you probably didn't copy the hidden files

on your PC go to Computer -> click on tools -> folder options -> view -> show hidden files, folders or drives

reformat the new SD card (assuming that you don't have anything that you don't want to lose there)

and try to copy everything there

you can always reformat the phone and the SD card

To reset the phone

  1. From your Home screen, tap .
  2. Find and tap Settings > Privacy.
  3. Tap Factory data reset.
  4. To erase not only internal storage but also other user data such as pictures and music, mark the Erase SD card checkbox.
  5. Tap Reset phone.
  6. To confirm, tap Erase everything.

So not exactly sure what happen with the original sd card at first but the first time I put it back in the phone it wasnt working but when i took it out and put it back in it almost like restored it self or something. As far as my other problem you were correct I did not copy the hidden files and as soon as i read your post I had a DUH moment lol. Anyway I appreciate your help it has been awhile since I have done anything with micro sd cards and you were correct in your answer. I had to reformat the sd card the copy over all files including the hidden files, after that I have had zero problems!! Thx so much you made my day!
