Unable to make Conference calls from XPERIA M DUAL

I have recently bought new Sony Xperia M DualSim smartphone but when i try to make conference call, following the steps in the UserGide, a message pops up saying "cannot make conference calls".

Can anyone help me with this? I would really appreciate the kind gesture.:smileyhappy:

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

It sounds like this function is not activated at your subscription from your network provider. I suggest that you contact your operator to make sure that this function is enabled.

as said above the feature is operator restricted.. contact ur provider for more info
