Damocles

I noticed that after Android 18.3.1.c.1.17 people started complaining during calls that they can't hear me loudly.I tried to record some videos and faced same problem here, videos are quiet too.What should I do ?Any solutions ?Android is 4.4.4

Have you tried boot your device into safe mode to make sure that issue it's not caused by an installed app as suggested above ?

It's okay now Finnaly works.I think i will stay with Lolipop,free space is about 4 Gb now but before I tried updating from Kitkat to Lolipop free space was 1 Gb and not much programs were in my phone.Well fresh install did its work I hope that low volume won't show again...
