Screen frozen?

Why has the screen frozen and what can I do about it please? I cant find how to take the battery out to see if that makes any difference!

press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds 

there are some xperias that have a red button next to the SIM card area

If you don't have youtube or other google services you most likely have a chinese variant, you could either download the apk (check the XDA Forum) or flash your phone (with flashtool)
