People can't call me if i'm using earphone

hi everyone. i hope you guys will help me. lately, I noticed my phone can't receive message and call if I'm using a earphone (other brand/ cheap earphone) 

It's started when my parents said they can't call me. And message also didn't work if I'm using earphone!! the only thing i can message and make calls is when I switched off the handphone and restart back. And everything back to normal. And you can see that time too many message and missed called from my parents. Gosh! how to fix it? Everytime i did that, all message, call i made can't reach to them. and so they are! By the time I plugged in the earphone to my phone, a notification Smart Connect appears. It shows my phone are connected to it and started playing the Walkman. How to fix it? I hope you guys can help me.

thats odd, try settings > apps > all > smartconnect > clear data > restart your phone > check again.

oh hi! thanks for helping me! finally i can call them eventhough right now i'm wearing the earphone. thanks for helping ^^
