my xperia protected problem

i buy an xperia m4 aqua e2333 last week.

and activate my xperia protection . two days ago i feel som laggs in ui and reset factory my phone but when phon startup show my xperia protectet.

i connetct to wifi and try to sign in with my google account but it say username or password is wrong but im sure an coonect with my pc with same username and password.

sony please help me .
