M2 charging over night

Sony xperia m2 I left my phone charging all night at 2am I woke up at 7am and the phone battery was 98% I forgot to take it off charge but when I woke up again at 11am it was 95% while charging how?

Hi,

I think this is normal. When the battery is fully charged and you do not disconnect it from the charger, it will discharge to 95% and then start to charge again. This is done to maximize the lifespan of the battery.
