Contacts that I add to the phone don't show

Hi there

I transferred contacts from my old BlackBerry device to my Sony Xperia. For some reason, some of these contacts aren't showing on my new phone.

Also, when I go to add a new contact on my Xperia, and appear to have done this correctly and clicked 'Done', when I actually look in my contacts, that person isn't there.

The confusing this is that when that person sends me a text, for example, I can see their full name showing. So my phone detects that person and knows their number, but when I click on my contacts their name or number doesn't appear.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Contacts-settings-filters,maybe you need to enable something.

Thanks. A few clicks and selecting 'All contacts' in every Exchange ActiveSync heading appears to have done it.
