Did you order the E-book through an application? I haven't used any E-books myself as I tend to borrow the regular book at the library but if you have used an application to order the book, you may want to check with the support for the application regarding the functionality.
The standard in Android is either that you have 3 dots in the top right corner, but in most cases it's the three lines at the top left that will open up a side menu with different choices, such as folders, settings menu and so forth.
Let me know if that helps, but keep in mind that the support I can provide for third party applications is pretty limited.
