Greeting message on phone startup

Hello how do I display a message when switching on/re-starting my mobile (Xperia L4) so for example a message saying "hello Mr Chef" would show when my phone starts Thanks

unfortunately that would be impossible without the modification of device's software. however you can have a message displayed on your locksreen, and also have you considered changing the lockscreen image so it displays the message you wanted?
