NV-U51 & TMC cradle NVA-CU4T

Hi, I have factory reset my NV-u51 and the TMC cradle now needs the ID for lifetime support. I dont have this saved anywhere and I can find little info for either product anywhere now. Help! TMC cradle is useless without the code!
