Sony PRS-T1 Freezing on Dictionary

Hello all,

I've had my PRS-T1 for almost a year now, and I have consistently been having issues relating to the pop-up word definitions (when I tap an unknown word, the word is highlighted and the definition is not displayed - and so the reader stays for 5 minutes or more - not responding to me holding the power button). Reset proves to work, but it does become a hassle. I understand that all electronics have flaws - but I am sure this could be addressed with a software update, could it not?

Same is happening to me also, and I have latest firmware,,,

Rather than "tapping" the word, try simply holding your finger/stylus on it for a second or two - I've always found that works better, although I've never noticed the problem you seem to be having .....
