Reader says ebook already downloaded, but in fact not present in library

Hi,

I buy a lot of books from Kobo, with no problems at all normally. However, I bought one yesterday, and clicked to dowload as usual. All went well, until I had a message from Reader for PC saying 'Cannot download book as already exists in your library'. But, the purchased book is definitely NOT in my library. I've tried multiple times, reopened REader, rebooted, etc, but no joy.

Any advice would be gratefully received!

Thanks Cymraes, I tried my "My Digital Downloads" folder and there they were!!. They appear in "Downloads" as ascm files but also in My Digital Downlaods converted to epub.However, I found another way to deal with the problem. If you have the wi-fi reader you can go via the browser to the Kobo site and download the books direct to the Reader. It's a bit less comfortable as the browser screen is tiny and if you enlarge it you then have a lot of scrolling to do but it works.It's obviously a bug in the Sony software. Has anyone managed to get a response from Sony techies?
