Hopefully, someone can help! I've a PRS-650 and have had no issues sncne I bought this approx 2 years ago. The battery went flat and after some difficulty managed to get it charged, it powers up Ok and I can see all books but when I connect to PC nothing happens (device isnt recognised). I've upgraded the reader software but of course cant upgrade the firmware as it wont connect to the PC. I've tried resetting the device but that doesn't work either (or doesnt appear to as it makes no fundamental difference).
I need to add some new purchases but cant do this if device isnt recognised. Can anyone help?
