I am totally and utterly disillusioned with my ereader. I've had to return it for repair to Sony once, which was a life-sapping experience in itself. And now it simply won't download books from the Reader library, I've tried all the suggestions, resetting, etc. to no avail. My friends with Kindles have no complaints at all so I've decided to jump ship. Good luck to the rest of you.
