Viberate when outgoing call is picked up

I have Xperia C4 dual a month ago, I try to find a bulit-in feature or function which enable me to viberate the phone when the other partner pick up the call (when the call connect) but i coudn't desperately find it.

Could you please help me to find a solution because the other 3rd party application require a sophsticated permission through developed option and other android developing PC software?

I'm afraid that there is no setting in the phone to enable a feature like this.
