My A7s 2 footage shows ring artifacts

A7s2 with sony 55mm f1.8

Hello,

As you can see on the attached grabs from my video footage, there is some sort of strange circles visible on plain surfaces.  They are the most visible when opened up to f 1.8. I can see them on both LCD screen on the camera and computer. Camera was properly exposed for all the test footage I did.

Do you guys have any idea what's going on here?

This is an abolute normal and wanted effect - it's called Bokeh.

So your lens and your camera are absolutely fine.
