The sony shop doesn't have the charger for my newly acquired a6000.
Where can I get the BCTRW
Also, is it via a 3 pin plug (UK) or a USB cable on a computer.
I hate computers for reading info. Call me old fashioned, but where can I get a readable users guide for the a6000?
I suppose I could print it off, but there is nothing to beat reading a book, in this case the manual. Also, there are parts of Scotland where you get absolutely no signals making access to the internet impossible.
I have just acquired a mighty tome, so to speak, by Friedman and Warner..The Complete Guide to Sony's Alpha 6000 Digital Camera. A rather in depth book covering all the need to know information. I would certainly recommend it to new a6000 users. It is not cheap. £28, but worth it.
Thanks for the tip grandkids6
(Glad your internet seems fine today.)
I have just purchased a cheap third party charger and two batteries, They seem to work ok but time will tell. It's probably worth a scan on the interweb as it all cost less than one sony battery and may be worth a gamble for not much money.
I printed the Sony PDF, big mistake and nearly ran out of paper but try Oldtimercamers.com. They offer a print for £13.95 for a bound copy. Havent bought one myself as I have about 200 loose pages and am too mean.

Picked up a charger and battery through Amazom. Neither Sony, but they work very well. Thanks for the info.
Do a search for a EXPro Battery charger. Far cheaper and comes with UK and European wall adapters.
They also do replacement batteries that work with the A6000 camera. I have been using them for a while and they are ok.
