Xperia 1 iii can't take screen captures

Hello,

Since I received my Sony Xperia 1 iii, I saw that it's not possible to take a screen capture using the Volume down + the power button. I use the gesture navigation instead of the 3 buttons.

Anyone else having this problem ?

Do you also use Gesture Navigation or do you have the 3 buttons? trying to find out if it's linked to that

Hey @NadimJO,

Try to turn the System Navigation off then turn it back on and try again ( Settings > System > Gestures > System navigation ).
