I've had both, from the two of them I'd say the 1iii has better, far better speakers. Not just a little louder, but certainly better quality.

The ring volume seems in my opinion to be the same.

The 120hz is absolutely stunning!

Screen feels brighter, especially with HDR content.

The camera seems to be slightly tweaked less noise imo.

Whole thing feels much smoother and faster.

From the 1ii it's an incremental update with little improvements, but each one feels much better.

From the 1, it's a whole new beast.

The finish and feel is much more refined too.
