Ht-xtc3 Sounbase won't restart just showing ----------

Morning

having yet more problems. It won't restart or update last night sodtware. It's all been unplugged, Ethernet etc and restarts but showing ------------

had sky q put in last week. No problems with it working then. Went to use Bluetooth and wouldn't work.

so far over the year waste of money ever. Going to call Sony engineer via ao.com on Wednesday but your help is appreciated.
