SONY BDVE6100 2 tall speakers no sound

Hello all, i have been using Sony BDVE6100 for a year and all of the sudden today two of the tall boys did not respond. I have tried to plug out the connectors, checked the wiring. Other speakers and woofers are doing well.

What should i do next? anyone? TQ

Hi there

What you need to do, is confirm if the speakers work? Try plugging them into Front L and Front R and see?

If they work, test the other speakers on surround L+R etc. Need to find out exactly where the fault lies (ie, speakers, wires, or the ports themselves)
