BDV-E6100 LOUD PROBLEM

quality and loud when playing music or film from BDV are great

but loud of same music when playing in TV or a flash USB that is connected to TV is very low vs playing in BDV itself

TV and BDV are connected with HDMI(ARC) cable

I tested optical cable but problem did not solved

TV: KDL-55W800C

home cinema: BDV-E6100
