65kd-xe7002 lines on screen

Hi there, the picture on my tv intermitantlly start jumping up creating a blur on the screen. When this happens it leaves 3 sold horizontal lines across the bottom of the screen.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I have restarted and factory reset. Also the lines stay even in the menu screen.

Hi, yeah it says I have the latest update. Just started happening 2 days ago.

Make sure it's actually on the latest version number (v8.905) as sometimes the TV won't see the latest version.

Could you also upload an unlisted video to YouTube or WeTransfer so we can have a better idea of what you're describing?
