Can anyone advise me if this TV has Bluetooth, and if so how I can connect a Bluetooth headset to route the sound through it? Thanks.

You may purchase a bluetooth-dongle, which you connect to the headphone output of the device to pair your bluetooth headphones to.

in this case rather get a set of headphones with a base that gets its signal from the TVs optical output.

Like the Sony WH-L600 or even better the SRS-LSR200 which has a speaker output as well for wired speakers: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/televisions-speakers-speaker-grilles/srs-lsr200
