hi, since nov 12 sony app noticed me that v8.902 is available for KD-43XE7005 ( v8.764) but my tv says no updates are available .. what can be the trick? Tnx in advance !

Is your television hooked up to the internet?

You can also download the update manually and then put it on a USB and install it

on the television that way.

yes. sure is connected to my router network by cable. and works on hi speed. what can be ?

Are you expecting your TV to do the update automatically, is it set to do so.

Check your settings.

You can also manually check for updates, have you tried that.

Or follow the link I gave earlier and download the update to your computer and put it on a

FAT 32 formatted USB flash drive, connect it to your TV and use the option to install software from a USB stick.

From your TVs Settings> Customer Support> Software Update.
