Hi,

I have just bought a new Sony Bravia Smart TV a couple of months ago and am having problems viewing Demand 5. It just does not open, just comes up with a message "Whoops The programme you are trying to watch isn't currently available. Please try again later"

Can someone please help as to how one can undo this? The other apps that are still not available on this is itv player and 4OD. How do I get these apps downloaded?

Please help!

Hi there

That error message from Demand 5 - See this guide : HERE

Most likely though, the issue is with Demand 5 - However I have tested it on my Android based TV and its working fine. Do other apps like BBC iPlayer and YouTube work OK?

In regards to ITV Player and 4OD - These will most likely not come to Sony TVs. See HERE for info.
