Although software says USB ON, it won't recognise usb sticks in either port. Took memory stick to Curry's and tried it in same TV in store. It worked immediately. Curry's utterly unhelpful in attitude by the way. Presumably a problem or incorrect download of software on to TV. &nbsp;Can anyone help. Would be much appreciated!
