Sony Bravia tv KDL-48R55xC - loading apps?

I purchased a Sony Bravia tv KDL-48R55xC (smart tv) three months ago. I can connect to the internet ok and have accessed the loaded apps for Netflix; Amazon and BBC1 - but I want to watch playback for ITV and other apps....How do I load these? can anyone help please

If you absolutely require it, the cheapest way is to add a NowTV box to the TV for £14.99 - which has all the main catchup TV channels. See: http://www.nowtv.com/box
