&lt;LI&gt;Q2 - Do you know when this started? &amp;nbsp;You said the last couple of days - was this Friday?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Q3 - Has the error message changed or is the problem slightly different since this first started?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Q4 - What is your ISP? &amp;nbsp;If its BT, do you have the HomeHub 3 router?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Sony KDL-42W829B - Internet Connection FAILED [Can't connect to internet]</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For the past few days, I've tried watching Netflix on my 42" Sony KDL - 42W829B, but keep receiving this message when trying to connect to the internet - my internet is working fine and my 2015 Android TV doesn't have this problem: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.sony.sk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/310239iC86C13877D29A7B3/image-size/medium?v=mpbl-1&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="9sjU3dC.jpg" title="9sjU3dC.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Here are the things I've done&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- 3 x factory resets&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- rebooted and restarted my wireless router&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- changed my internet password&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- set up a new network&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- refreshed network connection&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;During&amp;nbsp;the three years I've owned this TV set, I've never enncoutned this problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any ideas or suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Thank you in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.sk/html/@7AB662976CF753D2DC5DAA722F4EEFFB/images/smilies/084.png" alt=":thumbsup:" title=":thumbsup:" /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Nothing has changed. The TV is still giving me that message. My internet is connecting to everything - ipad, mobile, mac and sony andrioid tv.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Q2 -&amp;nbsp;Yes. Friday aftertoon was when this problem first occured.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Q3 - It used to give a an error of 107 or something, but now it just gives the message in the above picture.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Q4 - BT and it's homehub 2.0&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I dont suppose you can do a couple of tests:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Test using an ethernet cable instead of wifi&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Test using a different router&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Some speculation here&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Something happened on Friday with Sony servers going down. &amp;nbsp;They came back up sometime saturday morning. &amp;nbsp;See this thread &lt;A href="https://community.sony.sk/t5/televisions/all-streaming-apps-missing-or-not-working/td-p/2135470" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;. &amp;nbsp;This is why you had problems friday.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;What is not clear is why your tv fails to connect to the internet now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
