Movie Story Issues

Hi,

I hope someone can help, I've recently purchased a Sony VAIO VGN-CR21Z and this evening have been trying to ues Vaio Movie Story but I keep getting the message 'Vaio content exporter is not installed' which is stopping me from being able to export a movie .

Can anyone point me in the direction of a fix?

Hi Simon and welcome to Club Vaio.

Have you updated the software on your Vaio using 'VAIO Update'? I see there is an update for VAIO Content Importer / VAIO Content Exporter 1.3.00.13300 which may fix your problem.

If you cannot get the update downloaded and installed using VAIO Update, you can download it direct from Vaio-Link here: -
