Recovery disk creation - problem (VAIO VGN CS11Z)

Hello,

I've bought the computer two weeks ago, finally decided to buy dvds, and decided to make the restoration disks.

I used the VAIO Reinstallation center ("Vaio centre de réinstallation")and while the first dvd has no problem, the second always fail at 90% with the message : "PLease insert the disc again - detection failed".
I tried 3 times - 3 failures (the dvds were all blank, the computer was stable and no other software was running at the same time)

Hence my questions :
Is it a software problem?
where can i get these recovery disks?

I would contact Vaio Support here: -

Explain the problem and ask them to forward you a set of discs.
