      <title>Sony assistance is very ridiculus</title>

I can't do anything because they have my pc and they don't know this! &lt;BR /&gt;2) they demostrate that don't know my laptop. In bios the HSPDA module can't be disabled&lt;BR /&gt;3) the hsdpa module not releved by OS, and for remove any configuration mistake i use their disk backup for reconfigure all system with vendor's configuration.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The problem is simple, the HSDPA module is died and they don't have sobstitution part. I will wait Jennuary bicouse is christmas (the agent say me this friday!)&lt;BR /&gt;my laptop now cost 2199 euro and I cant't use it, but in this moment for 2400 euro (my laptop price at september) I could buy Z21.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This laptop was MY WORSTE Investiment of the last years!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;My experience is that I have not seen so incapable service support as Sony has it. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I also published my review on several websites. Sony is not aware of its arrogant behaviour - we do not see any problem, so there is no problem. They just do not care that with our negative reviews they will lose so many potential customers, especially in current economic crisis, when people are buying less. The same happenned with Toshiba in the US and the spent quite a lot of time to gain good reputation again.
