pcvwi/g giga pocket not working

when i press giga pocket button the tv screen has the change channels greyed out so you cant do anthing
when i go into tv tuner all channels are there
if i renew giga pocket softwar it works fine but after re booting it has gone again can any one help please

Hi,

I have the same problem. It really annoys me: every time I re-boot the computer, the channels in TV-Setup are still there but I cannot click on the TV-button nor view a video. As you said: the icons are grey and not active. I have to uninstall and re-install giga pocket, then it works again.
Whoever knows a solution to this problem: I would be very very grateful.

hi i have finally solved mine
in start programmes make sure
C:\Program Files\ sony\usbircs\USBsircs.exe
is allowed to start when comp is switched on
alternatively make a sort cut to the above on desk top and click on that before running giga pocket
it has worked perfectly for me

I have just had this problem, searched and found your post.
Yes it does solve the problem so thank you very much
for your advice.

It does however concern me that a company like Sony can
release a program with this sort of problem in it.........
