    <description>&lt;P&gt;i placed order on 20 July online and i paid £359 for each order. two&lt;BR /&gt;invoice number are 302938059 and 302937758&amp;nbsp; .but before product reach me i&lt;BR /&gt;cancelled the two transactions and i requested the return, so items never been&lt;BR /&gt;deliver to me. on 29 July i got refund of £329 and on 30 July i got another £329&lt;BR /&gt;for another item. i called several times to see why i have not been refunded&lt;BR /&gt;fully and i refunded £30 less for each order. And each time your representative&lt;BR /&gt;said it we are going to refund the rest, even i called again&amp;nbsp; and i spoke on 12 August with michelle who has told me hes got a approval from her manager to give me the refund.&lt;BR /&gt;spoke with Jacob and he told me he is going to call me but nothing yet. it is&lt;BR /&gt;more 10 days still i did not get refund for rest of it. i called again i spoke with Małgorzatai i and i been told i should got refund by this monday 19th. i called again and someone supposed to call me yesterday, nothing again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am tired of calling and not getting any answer. i did not expect this from such a big company to&lt;BR /&gt;treat the customer like that. Why can't Sony just give back the money?&lt;SPAN style="font-family: arial;"&gt;PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
