Have a look for C:\utils, if not there then download the pre-installed utilities from <A href="http://www.vaio-link.com/downloads/select/select.asp?l=en&amp;category=-1&amp;serie=-1&amp;m=1866" target="_blank">Vaio-Link</A> .
