      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure that your notebook is free from spyware etc.  Try running &lt;A href="http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/" target="_blank"&gt;Spybot S&amp;amp;D&lt;/A&gt; and &lt;A href="http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/" target="_blank"&gt;Adaware&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The Microsoft &lt;A href="http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/default.mspx" target="_blank"&gt;Antispyware Beta&lt;/A&gt; is also surprisingly good.  I would also run an immunisation tool such as &lt;A href="http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html" target="_blank"&gt;SpywareBlaster&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After all that, try &lt;A href="http://www.tune-up.com/" target="_blank"&gt;tune-up utilities 2006&lt;/A&gt; it's recommended by lots of people here (Including Elvis)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also make sure that your AntiVirus program is up to date.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
