sony imaging edge and IOS 10.13 (with Adobe elements 10)

Hi re the above system config (yep sorry its MAC!);

have upgraded the latest v1.1 Sony imaging edge photo software

But it simply 'bounces' on the bottom on the MAC dock then immediately closes?

-it seems this (woeful) Sony Software is the only way (via the Sony Imaging Edge TIFF conversion) to get my new sony a7III .arw (RAW) files into ADOBE?

-has anyone got this Imaging Edge software to work with the above combination? (it should?)

(NB ADOBE lists v10 Elements plug in or above, and i have v11 as this is the highest version that works with IOS 10.13)

I believe you're referring to macOS 10.13. In which, case, no it's not supported, you'll need 10.14 up to 11.
