Trouble buying the Time lapse app

Hello Sony lovers,

I'm having difficulties buying the "Time Lapse" app from the Playmemoriescameraapps site.

I have installed all the Sony addons to my browser to install the apps directly to my camera and I have successfully installed "Free" apps from the site to my camera.

The problem is when I'm trying to "buy" an app. Everything goes smoothly until I reach the "Confirm Purchase" section. I'm not able to press the "Order & Pay" button. I can press it but nothing happens. I have tried pushing the other alternatives as "Cancel" and "Redeem Prepaid Card" and those work.

I have also tried different web browsers as "Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Edge" but I always get stuck at the same Purchase Conformation section. I don't use any ad-blockers and I have 20$ in my wallet but it doesn't help me.

Can someone please help me with this? I've been trying to install this app from days now.

Hi @Fredrikzone

There is a maintenance issue on that site, as displayed on the main page and at the Service Problem Notification page.

Hopefully this should be resolved soon.

Sony claimed that they solved this issue on Sep. 8th, but I still can't buy the app.

I turned on my camera and went to purchase the Time-Lapse app but it didn't work... (I had the same issue: When I press "Confirm Purchase" nothing happens).

Am I alone with this or do someone else experience the same issue?

I've tried contacting Sony on your behalf to check this out, and the website/account is handled by the Sony Entertainment/PlayStation branch, so I'd recommend contacting them directly:
