    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;I think on your model you must just set the Exposure Mode to "M" and the shutter should fire without recognising the lens.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Some models have a Setup Menu setting to 'Fire Shutter W/O Lens' but I am fairly sure this does not apply to your model and you must select Manual.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;&lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.sk/html/@0248C33DDCF34AA61B8F8F33F5AFA5BE/images/smilies/013.png" alt=":wink:" title=":wink:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt; Having attached aslide copier to my A550, in manual mode, the cameera locks and the preview screen states 'no lens attached' and refuses to allow the shutter to fire, which doesn't help me. Anyone who can advise how to overcome (if it is possible) would be greatly appreciated?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
