BDVN-7100 Home theatre problem

Hi guys hope someone can help...my BDVN 7100 home theatre blu ray player drawer won't open so I can t eject or change a disc!

It started doing it intermittently but now no matter how many times I turn it off at the mains, leave it, go back to it the drawer still won't open!

its only about 3 years old, and yes I've tried all the reset buttons I could find online but to no avail.

im at my wits end any help very much appreciated, otherwise how do I go about getting it repaired and is it worth it?!
