Need help transferring Hi8 tapes to Mac/PC

Please can anyone help.

I need to know how to connect my old Sony Camcorder CCD-TR330E to my Mac and PC to transfer old tapes. I have no FireWire port or aux port on the camcorder. Just 2 cables video out and audio out. I’m desperate to sort this out. Thank you.

Hi,

You would need a video grabber card wit analogue inputs to get the videos from your camcorder into your PC.

Hi Peter. Thanks for the reply.
The grabbers have 2 audio connections (left and right). Both connections are RCA cables Yellow-Video Out and Black-Audio out.
